3How will I receive my results?
Your results will be sent via email to the provider that requested your test, or to your nominated doctor if you ordered the test directly. They will then contact you to discuss your results.
4How quickly will I receive my results?
We provide rapid, competitive result turnarounds to ensure you get the answers about your health quickly and efficiently. The average turnaround time varies between tests. Guidance for turnaround times for each test can be found on the test page in the Test A-Z directory.
5Why are some of the tests not used by the NHS?
The cancer biomarker tests that we offer are advanced tests that are at the cutting edge of new diagnostics for early, accurate cancer detection. Because the tests are fairly new they are not yet included in the NICE guidelines, which the NHS follows. It is expected that these tests will become part of standard care in the NHS over the next few years.

9Do I need a referral from a doctor to take a test?
You don't need a doctor's referral to take one of our tests. At OneStop Diagnostics, we make personalized testing straightforward and accessible, allowing you to order tests directly with us and giving you more control over your healthcare journey. We prioritize follow-up care for our patients, so we'll send your results to your chosen doctor or one of our trusted healthcare partners. This way, you can discuss the results and get advice on the next steps, ensuring you have the support you need.
10Can I take a test if I am an NHS patient?
Yes, you can pay for private tests at OneStop Diagnostics if you are an NHS patient. If you are under the care of a consultant within the NHS, we can request that your results are shared with your consultant, allowing them to use the results to inform your care / treatment.
